Creating Organizational Capability
“At critical moments when building the Tides organizations, we hired Progressive Consulting Services (PCS) to navigate both internal change processes, as well as macro-strategic planning. They are simply the best. Honest, direct, committed, and thorough. I have never had a consulting experience result in such remarkable progress, but equally important, they designed ways for us to bring everyone along in the process.”

Progressive Consulting Services (PCS) is a resource, coaching, and training firm dedicated to enhancing organizational performance. We work nationally and internationally with corporate, non-profit, and government entities to enhance management skills and increase overall productivity in these realms. The mission of PCS is to enable organizations to clarify their purpose, integrate their operations and develop self-reliant capabilities for more effective management and program delivery.
To manage an organization, a unique set of skills, knowledge and experience is needed by the management, board, staff and volunteers. PCS specializes in improving individual and organizational performance through planning, coaching, and interactive training. The firm works closely with clients to identify challenges, determine solutions and develop appropriate action plans.
No one knows an organization better than those working within it. PCS acts as a facilitator and an educator to staff and volunteers, enabling each individual to develop management skills. Progressive Consulting Services believes that an organization must develop sustainable plans in order to function effectively in a socially challenging environment. Therefore, PCS works with the individuals, teams and the operational systems to support the organization to ensure that the plans are sustainable and implementable.
For high school students, PCS starts with creating awareness of each teen’s leadership potential. We provide training and coaching in the classroom and work one on one with teens to develop life skills and enhance individual leadership capability.
